The online meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology of the Faculty No. 6 took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs using Zoom video conferencing software. Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Expertology, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, led the work of the club.

Oleksandr Hunchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Lawyer Association of Ukraine in Kharkiv region, Presidium member of the Kharkiv Regional Lawyer Association, Candidate of Legal Sciences, the experienced lawyer was invited to a meeting of the club.

Oleksandr Vadymovych told students about the purpose and reasons for preventive measures application. The main attention was paid to validity and proof of precautionary measure risks in the form of detention. Examples of legal practice were used during the discussion. The considered questions took a lively interest among students of the scientific club.
