The All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "National Liberation Struggle and Formation and Preservation of the Statehood of Ukraine" was held by the Departments of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Ukrainian Studies of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.

Viktoriia Tsyhanenko, Head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of KhNURE and Vitalii Zaborovskyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA delivered welcoming remarks to the audience at the plenary session. This year the conference brought together 75 participants from various educational institutions of Ukraine. During two days, more than 50 reports were presented. The papers also caused lively discussions.

According to the results of the conference, the students of our university took the following places:

Section I "The Historical Path of the Formation of Ukraine's Independence":

1st place - Viktoriia Karakutsia;

3rd place - Valeriia Semonova.

Section II "National Revival Reflection in Literature and Culture. The Role of Language in the Process of a State Formation":

2nd place - Marina Stukalova.

Section III "Philosophical and Political Aspects of Ukraine's Struggle for National Independence":

1st place - Anastasiia Bohdan;

3rd place - Uvarenko Valentyna.
