Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6, Candidate of Philological Sciences Nataliia Kobylko took part in pedagogical workshops within the framework of the XVIII International School-Seminar "Modern Pedagogical Technologies in Education". She attended such master classes as "Methods of overcoming mental trauma", where she learned about the nature of mental trauma, its types, ways to overcome and effective methods, techniques for the development of conflictological culture; "Storytelling in pedagogical practice: the development of the communicative potential of the teacher", where the object of discussion was a very popular method of teaching - storytelling. The participants of the master class traced the history of its origin, the expediency of involvement in the teaching of the discipline, focused on the rules of effective communication, considered eight classic techniques of storytelling. Nataliia Kobylko also deepened her knowledge at the master class "Coaching Techniques in Teaching", because a teacher is to some extent a coach (coach, mentor).

Each participant of the XVIII International School-Seminar received a certificate. Nataliia Kobylko will apply the acquired knowledge while teaching the topic "Culture of oral professional communication" in the discipline "Ukrainian language of professional orientation".
