The conference was held on the basis of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine with the assistance of the NGO "All-Ukrainian Association of Criminal Law".

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was presented by Yana Mirkevych, a 4^th-year cadet of the faculty № 1, who prepared a report on “Domestic violence as one of the causes of juvenile delinquency” and Yana Svystun, a 2^nd-year cadet of the faculty № 1, who prepared a report on "On the issue of the institute of criminal misconduct introduction in Ukraine".

The collection of abstracts reflects the scientific research of more than hundred students and cadets from different regions of Ukraine, who covered a wide range of issues related to the criminal law policy of Ukraine as a system-forming element of state policy in crime combating.
