The Department of Analytical Work and Management Organization is a structural subdivision of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, which was established to provide and carry out analytical work and organize management activities of the University.

The Department reports to the Rector of the University.

The main tasks of the Department are:

• Ensuring effective planning and control over the timely and complete implementation of the University's work plan, analyzing the work performed;
• Identification of the causes and conditions that led to non-fulfillment, improper and/or untimely fulfillment of documents under control, their elimination and timely informing of the management;
• Preparation of drafts of current management decisions and other governing documents that correspond to the direction of the Department's work;
• Organizational support for the work of the Rector's Office, staff conferences, operational meetings chaired by the Rector, and other events on his behalf;
• Bringing the plans prepared by the Department and approved in accordance with the established procedure and decisions made by the administration to the direct executors;
• Submission of analytical, reference, statistical and other information about the University's activities at the request of the authorized bodies.

Functions of the Department

In accordance with the tasks assigned to it, the Department:

• Organizes the effective work of the Rector's Office, conferences of the University staff, operational meetings under the Rector, and on behalf of the Rector - other events;
• Coordinates the work of the University's structural units in the field of planning, analytical work and control over the state of executive discipline in terms of implementation of decisions of the University Administration, the conference of the staff, decisions taken at meetings chaired by the Rector, as well as in terms of implementation of measures provided for in the University's plans;
• Ensures the collection, analysis and generalization of information on the results of organizational and managerial activities of the structural units of the University;
• Organizes the effective work of the University administration, conferences of the University staff, meetings chaired by the Rector, and on behalf of the Rector - other events;
• Develops constituent documents that define the procedure and organizational principles of the University Administration and the staff conference;
• Summarizes information on the implementation of planning documents and reports the results of their implementation to the University management.
