The Department of Cyber Security and DATA Technologies of Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is a basic structural division of the university, which carries out educational, methodological, as well as research activities with the aim of providing fundamental technical training of qualified specialists, and as well as the training students in the field of information technologies.
History of the department
The department was created in July 2021 by splitting the Department of Information Technologies and Cyber Security of Faculty No. 4 into 2 departments:
– Department of Combating Cybercrime of Faculty No. 4;
– Department of Cyber Security and DATA Technologies of Faculty No. 6.
