The cadets of Faculty №1, group 302, of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with their tutor, a lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of faculty №2 Tetiana Shevchuk, visited the museum named after A.S. Makarenko in the village of Podvirky of Derhachi district in Kharkiv region.
The guide made an interesting and meaningful journey, acquainting the cadets with the life, work and creative path of the "folk teacher", his biography, basic scientific and methodical works, methods of education and methods of pedagogical work with adolescents who found themselves in difficult life situations.
The cadets noted the non-standard approach to the creation of a multifaceted exposition of the museum. The information obtained during the tour broadened the cadets' worldview and provided an impetus for understanding and analyzing issues related to future professional activities.
The event will help to strengthen the theoretical knowledge and skills acquired by cadets in the study of such disciplines as criminal law, criminology, criminal executive law in terms of combating juvenile delinquency.
