A two-day training on "Forum-theater as a tool to combat bullying" has started at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The event is part of the project "The art of defeating bullying: a forum-theatre for the services of school ombudsmen to combat bullying in educational institutions of small towns of Ukraine". The project is supported by the Democracy Promotion Fund of the US Embassy in Ukraine.

The trainers of the event were Iryna Tseba, project trainer, media psychologist, certified media literacy trainer, and Oleksandr Chepur, project coordinator, trainer, facilitator, head of the Your World POMPO.
The training objectives are the following: formation of students' awareness of the bullying prevention and children's rights protection; disclosure of the "bullying" (harassment) and "conflict" concepts, awareness of the bullying consequences and ways to prevent it; formation of cadets' skills of effective interaction, non-violent methods of conflict resolution, as well as the acquisition of cadets' knowledge, skills and abilities for the successful creation and implementation of social action projects.
The first day was entitled as "Prevention and counteraction to bullying: the activities of educational institutions", where participants met, divided into groups, performed practical tasks.
The event was held mainly in the form of games productively and interestingly.
