In Albena, Bulgaria, the International Art Festival-Contest "Sunny Smile Bulgaria" was held by the "Favorite Fest" cultural and educational centre.
The festival was attended by more than 350 representatives from different countries in different genres and age groups. Tetyana Bulat, a representative of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, organizer of cultural and leisure activities, was invited to participate in the festival. She won two first prizes in the professional category of the Vocal genre and in the Applied and Decorative Arts genre.
For significant contribution to the culture and art of Ukraine, professional training of young people, Tetyana Bulat was awarded the Acknowledgement of the festival.
