Director of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Serhiі Lukash together with cadets took part in solemn events on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine: raising the State Flag of Ukraine, laying flowers to the graves of victims in the ATO / JFO zone, to the monuments to the Heroes of the Maidan and to Taras Shevchenko.
The Constitution entered public life as the main amulet of statehood and democracy, independence and unity of Ukraine. The Basic Law, which guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens, brought Ukraine closer to countries with developed democracies, finally consolidating the independence of the new European country.
