On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine, a historical and legal hour was held in the library of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, where college cadets, students and lecturers took part.
The talk was given by Olga Khomyak, a lecturer at the department of social and humanitarian disciplines. She spoke about the historical constitutional and legal stages of Ukraine's creation,
emphasizing that Ukrainians have always strived to be free and independent, to have their values, coat of arms, anthem, flag, Constitution and rights.
