On the eve of the ceremonial events for graduates, the last university evening test traditionally took place. The entire staff of the police institution of higher education lined up on the large square. The inspection was conducted by the rector of the university, General of Police of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko, the first vice-rector, police colonel Dmytro SHVETS, vice-rectors, police colonel Serhii Bortnyk, Mykhailo Burdin, Leonid Mohilevskyi, Anatolii Klochko.

During the event, graduates were noted who studied well and served in good faith. Letters of thanks for conscientious performance of official duties and active participation in the public life of the university were received by 63 graduate cadets. Certificates of training at the School of Junior Commanders were awarded to the 18 best junior commanders of graduation courses.

The event ended with a solemn march with a song.
