3rd-year cadets of the faculty № 1 of KhNUIA had a lecture by Vitalii Zhukovskyi, a graduate of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a lawyer, a member of the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar of the Volyn Region.

The lawyer shared his experience, told about the practice of the European Court of Human Rights and the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the importance of respect for human rights in the police. Future investigators have learned what provocation of a crime is and how the courts accept evidence gathered with the assumption of provocation. The received knowledge will be necessary for cadets in further professional activity.
