Kristina Morhai, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership, a cadet of the 2nd year of the faculty № 1 of KhNUIA, took part in a webinar on the topic "Administrative responsibility of the head of the enterprise".

The lecturer-expert of the training course was a candidate of jurisprudence, associate professor of the Department of Administrative Law of KNU named after Taras Shevchenko, and practicing lawyer Yevhen Herasimenko.

During the webinar, its participants considered current issues on certain issues, in particular, the grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility, the basic requirements for the preparation of administrative materials, and the procedure for appealing to the materials on bringing to justice.
