The participants of the School of Scientific Leadership cadets of the faculty № 1 Ivan Shkurat, Mykyta Shkurat, Krystyna Koval, Andrii Topchii, Anna Sofich, Volodymyr Ishchenko, Maksym Kushch, Vladyslava Merzliakova, Kristina Morhai, Maryna Haidenko, Dariia Sulima, Anna Budnik joined the four-day marathon online-lectures within the project of Kyiv Youth Center.

Lectures were given by leadership development coach Oksana Vynnytska; career coach, HR, public activist Yuliia Hrechka; business coach Oksana Mozil; Larysa Vasyuta, an expert in staff management and development.

The participants of the marathon considered the issues of building goals for the future, the technique of the correct resume, and the top 10 mistakes that should be avoided when compiling it. A separate lecture of the marathon was the topic of the interview: how to prepare for it properly and adjust to any questions psychologically.

Participation in the marathon helped the cadets to deepen their knowledge of organizing their own professional achievements, which is necessary for participation in national and international competitions, scholarship programs, in resolving personnel issues during further service in the National Police of Ukraine.
