On the eve of the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine who died in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, the
library presents a book and illustrative exposition "Eternal Memory and Glory to the Defenders of Ukraine" to the university community.

By the Decree of the President of Ukraine no. 621 dated August 23, 2019, a memorable date was determined on August 29 to perpetuate the heroism of servicemen and volunteers who gave their lives for the Motherland as a reminder of one of the bloodiest events of the war in eastern Ukraine – the Ilovaisk tragedy.

Pages of book and periodical editions of the exposition tell about those who, defending the freedom and independence of the country, gave their lives in the name of future generations, thereby saving peaceful life in the greater territory of Ukraine.
