The camp meeting was closed at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The first-year students were greeted by the head of the camp meeting, the Vice-Rector Serhii Bortnyk.
Addressing the youth, he noted that the camp meeting is one of the most difficult and extremely important stages for anyone who has decided to become a law enforcement officer. On behalf of the Rector of the University, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko, he congratulated the freshmen on the completion of the camp meeting: “The Rector and the Rectorate of the University create all the necessary conditions for you to become professionals. The profession of law enforcement officer is not easy, you need to work hard and learn well. That is the way for you is to become good professionals, real professionals. Everything is in your hands. Be diligent, persistent, disciplined, master new knowledge, play sports and you will succeed. I am sure that future ministers and heads of police departments are in this lineup.Be confident, do everything necessary to achieve the goal! Special thanks from the Rector to the parents for supporting the children in their professional choice - to become law enforcement officers.
