Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 6 Volodymyr Kroitor took part as an expert in the open online seminar "Dissertation: content, novelty, procrastination". The seminar was held within the project of the New Academy of Public Administration. Roman Chumak and Rostyslav Litvinov, graduate students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took an active part in the seminar.

The seminar was useful for young scholars, those working on dissertation research, as well as for research supervisors of graduate students.

The participants of the seminar noted the great benefit of conducting such educational and research activities for both novice scholars and those who are already working on a doctoral dissertation, or provide scholar guidance to graduate and doctoral students.
