Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the "Night of Science" event. This year, about a dozen universities of the city, as well as the Kharkiv Planetarium named after Yuriy Gagarin took part in it.

The grand opening took place near the fountain on Freedom Square, which was attended by the staff, cadets and students of the University together with the First Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets. The creative performance was prepared by a cadet unit of drummers. The cadets and students of the University introduced the youth with the police university.
