Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of Faculty № 1 KhNUIA Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk took part in a series of training webinars on scientometrics "International experience in the field of publishing. Successful publications in Scopus and WebofScience", organized by the research and training center of the company" Scientific publications - Publ. Science "with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The purpose of the webinars is to learn about the main aspects of the functioning of international scientometric databases Scopus and WebofScience, to reveal the main aspects of the scientist's publishing activity in international scientometric databases faced by Ukrainian scientists in writing articles for foreign journals.

The speaker of the webinars was the Chief specialist of the research and training center of the company "Scientific publications - Publ. Science» Yelyzaveta Bataieva. The following topics were considered during the training course: “International experience in the field of publishing. How do scientific publications affect the activities of scientists?”; "Scopus scientometric database. Services, scientometric indicators and subtleties of work "; “WebofScience scientometric database. Services, scientific metrics and subtleties of work "; "International cooperation. Platforms for improving the scientific and metric indicators of scientists."

Upon completion of the training course, Iryna Kazanchuk received an international certificate. The knowledge and skills acquired during the training will help to raise the professional level and will be applied in research activities.
