A binary lesson for master`s auditory on the topic “Participation of a notary in the activity of a legal entity. Notary as a participant in economic procedural legal relations” on the discipline “Modern problems of economic process” was held with the participation of associate professor of Civil Law and Procedure Arina Horbenko and private notary of Kharkiv city notarial district Kateryna Bielinska.

Students were acquainted with the peculiarities of notarial activity in the context of registration of a legal entity of the Law of Ukraine “On Limited Liability and Additional Liability Companies”. Applicants for higher education received information on the legal regulation of notarial acts and the responsibility of the notary in the field of certification of contracts to which a legal entity is a party. The legal status of the notary in the context of economic and procedural legal relations was also explained and the peculiarities of his participation related to it were determined.
