Human rights in education

Iryna Nosach, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, a lecturer at the Cycle Commission of Economics and Management at Kremenchug Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the online course "Human Rights in the Educational Space", developed by LLC "Educational Era" with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

During the course, participants were introduced to the essence and evolution of the concept of human rights, a list of human rights and features of children's rights, the conditions of restriction of rights and their guarantee by the state.

The rights of participants in the educational process, in particular on the Internet, the idea of a child-friendly educational institution, the state of observance of rights in educational institutions, mechanisms for protection of rights in Ukraine were considered separately.
