The first meeting of the scientific club took place at the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
The meeting was opened by the Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor Olena Salmanova, who emphasized the importance of research work of higher education students in the profile of the department, outlined the main research activities of the Department of Administrative Law and Process carried on by the pedagogical staff of the department with the participation of cadets, master's students of all faculties of KhNUIA.

In turn, the Head of the scientific club, Professor of the department, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Volodymyr Chumak acquainted the members of the scientific club with the Regulations on the scientific club and the scientific society of students, cadets, students, graduate students, associate professors, doctoral students and young scientists. He paid special attention to the prospects of participation of cadets and master's students in scientific events of the University, other institutions of higher education (scientific and practical conferences, seminars, round tables), as well as in the competition of scientific works of first (bachelor) higher education which belong to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine,
competitions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. At the end of the meeting, the members of the scientific club discussed issues concerning the order of preparation and registration of scientific reports and articles on the chosen topics of scientific research in accordance with the plan of the scientific club for 2021-2022 academic year.
