The monograph “Departmental rule-making in Ukraine: the experience of comprehensive analysis”, devoted to the analysis of the phenomenology of departmental rule-making and identification of its specific features, was presented by Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Faculty №1 Yuliia Zahumenna and Associate Professor Victor Lazariev.
The authors of the monograph considered the transformation of scientific ideas about departmental rule-making in domestic jurisprudence of the XXth – early XXIst centuries, features of domestic and post-soviet experience of legal mediation of departmental rule-making, the role of departmental normative legal act in positive law of Ukraine was investigated, the essence and architecture of modern departmental normative legal acts, their types of diversity in the legal system of Ukraine were revealed. The publication also presents the prospects for innovation of departmental rule-making in Ukraine.
