Associate Professor of Administrative Law and Process Faculty №1 Police Colonel Iryna Kazanchuk took part in a series of training webinars on current topics: “Implementation of the system “Antiplagiarism” in the organization: 7 simple steps”, “Verification of diplomas in the system “Antiplagiarism: online master class” and “Expert assessment of the originality of scientific works using the system “Antiplagiarism”. The speakers of the training event were Olha Bielienka, the head of the Antiplagiarism training center, Olha Filippova, a leading specialist of the same training center, as well as experienced trainers-scientists from different countries of the world.

During the training, main issues related to the implementation of the system “Antiplagiarism” in the organization were considered: regulatory requirements for the originality of scholar works; criteria for assessing the originality of dissertations and scientific publications; typical errors in checks on borrowing; how to inform and train employees of higher education institutions and students about the new requirements of the system; what works need to be checked for borrowing; which scenario of using the borrowing search system is better; why you need regulations in the organization; how to assess the legality of borrowings on the examples of real student work, etc.

According to the results of participation in webinars, Iryna Kazanchuk received a certificate. The knowledge and skills acquired during the training will help to improve the professional level and will be used in research activities.
