Ivan Kotliarov, a participant of the School of Scientific Leadership of the Faculty No. 1, the 2nd year cadet, participated in the training "Youth Worker", which took place in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. The purpose of the program is to improve the skills of youth leaders and specialists in the youth field in the context of decentralization for effective youth work at the regional and local levels with the involvement of all active representatives of youth work. These are young leaders and activists of public and charitable organizations, public officials, employees of organizations and institutions involved in youth work.

The cadet learned about the comprehensive participation of young people in public life, interaction of state and non-governmental organizations to achieve common goals, shared his own experience in implementing youth policy and informed about the social work of the agencies of the National Police of Ukraine in cooperation with youth. The cadet introduced leaders and activists of youth organizations of the region, who told about their experience in implementing regional, national and international initiatives. A representative of the University also passed the "Field Practice", during which he conducted a survey of young people in Kramatorsk on the problems of city development and youth policy. Ivan Kotliarov received a state standard certificate for participation in the program.
