Daryna Prykhodko, Richard Petrenko, Karina Dranovska, Alina Kovtunenko, Valerii Bozhko, 1^st and 3^rd year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the training of facilitators within the project “Year of Security. Combating domestic violence by raising awareness of the population and public activists”, implemented by the NGO “Kalynove Hrono” with the support of Sumy City Council.

As part of the training, facilitators gained knowledge about the problem of domestic violence, types and symptoms, as well as skills to combat the problem, planned their own information campaigns to combat domestic violence.
