A round table "Military-patriotic education of youth: experience and prospects" was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, organized and conducted by the Department of Military Training of KhNUIA.

The event was attended by the Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor Anatolii Klochko, the Head of the Department of Military Training, Candidate of Military Sciences, Senior Researcher Serhii Babak, Associate Professor of the Department of Military Training, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Ihor Vashchenko.

The round table was devoted to the Day of Defenders and Defendersses of Ukraine, the 100th anniversary of the events of the Ukrainian Revolution of 1917-1921 and the commemoration of its participants.

The round table was attended by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department, students of the Department of Military Training and representatives of Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after  H. S. Skovoroda, National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, Military Institute of Tank Troops of National Technical University "KhPI", military unit No. 3005 of the National Guard of Ukraine.

Based on the results of the round table, a collection of thematic materials will be published.
