The annual conference of the labor collective of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took place. The report of the Rector of the University for the 2020/2021 academic year and the issues of ensuring the life of the university were put on the agenda. The Rector of the University Valerii Sokurenko, the First Vice-Rector Dmytro Shvets, rectors of the University of previous years Oleksandr Bandurka and Serhii Husarov, the Director of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Serhii Lukash, the Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines Volodymyr Hrechenko and the cadet of the 2nd year of Faculty No. 1 Vladyslav Baler were elected to the presidium of the conference. Vitalii Starosta, the head of the legal support department, was elected as the Secretary of the Meeting.

Summing up the work of the University for the past academic year, Valerii Sokurenko noted the achievements of the team in various areas of activity - in the educational, scientific spheres, in conducting educational and career guidance events, in sports work, outlined the issues of further development of the university, compliance with official and labor discipline, and targeted the team to perform strategic tasks.
