Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Sumy branch of KhNUIA, Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA and employees of prosecutor’s office, juvenile prevention departments took part in the round table "Child-friendly justice" that was held at the initiative of the Regional Office of the EUAM in Kharkiv.

The purpose of the round table is to support and strengthen fruitful cooperation between the police, the prosecutor's office, the judiciary, psychologists, lawyers and higher education institutions as well as social services to provide free legal aid. The task of this cooperation is to identify problematic issues to address legal or procedural gaps, to formulate joint proposals to address existing problems at the local level, to increase public confidence in the law enforcement system.

The event was organized with the participation of EUAM experts – Criminal Investigation Adviser Crista Granroth (Finland) and Senior Prosecutorial Adviser Elena Agüero (Spain).
