Representatives of Kremenchug Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, namely Marina Petchenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, responsible for gender issues and academic integrity, employees of the Department of Organization of Scientific Work and Gender Issues Vadym Orel, Candidate of Technical Sciences, and Olha Hlazunova, Candidate of Economic Sciences conducted a motivational training to intensify the scientific activities of students.

Speakers of the event were: Oleksandr Salenko - Professor of Machine Design, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Ihor Sikorskyi", Hanna Telnova - Senior Research Fellow, Department of Organization of Scientific Work and Gender, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Kremenchug Flight College of KhNUIA  

During the speech, the speakers shared with the participants their scientific and practical experience, told about the prospects of scientific activity and what professional and flexible skills it helps to form. During the training, its participants mastered the skills of research, learned to form business communications, work in a team, trained memory, cognitive, leadership and public speaking skills.

The event was attended by applicants for higher education from ten study groups.
