At Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a preventive lecture was held for higher education applicants with the participation of the inspector of Kremenchuk patrol police battalion in 
Poltava Region Patrol Police, senior lieutenant Yevhenii Otchenash and specialists of the department of social-humanitarian, educational and career guidance work of the college.
The heads of study groups, cadets and students of the college listened to a lecture on the essence of deviant behavior, its factors and the impact of social norms on the individual.
