Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with Ruslan Stepaniuk, Leading Specialist of NSCFSI, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor conducted binary field classes. The procedural aspects of the use of special knowledge in the pre-trial investigation were discussed at a binary class which was conducted by Vitalii Romaniuk, Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-Trial Investigation, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Police Lieutenant Colonel. Together with NSCFSI representative, they told the cadets about the procedure for commissioning and conducting certain types of examinations in the pre-trial investigation, as well as the use of specialists during certain investigative actions.
Vasyl Korniienko, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Police Lieutenant Colonel, conducted classes with cadets on the topic "Modern opportunities of forensic science and forensic technology". The cadets saw the possibilities of modern expert equipment involved in crime prevention and forensic examinations. The cadets took part in excursion at the NSCFSI Museum and the Explosives Laboratory at the end of the classes.
The cadets of Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, who participate in the all-Ukrainian academic mobility program "Student Academic Mobility Ukraine", took part in the binary classes.
