Andrii Topchii, a member of the School of Scientific Leadership, the 3rd year cadet of the Faculty № 1, took part in the international conference "Family, Class and Inequalities in Central and Eastern Europe" (Social Research Center of Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania).

The conference was attended by scholars who study various areas of family life through the prism of class inequality in Central and Eastern Europe.

Among the 24 publications sent to participate in the conference by representatives of different countries, there is the only scientific article from Ukraine by cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Andrii Topchii on "The impact of socio-economic development on family policy."

Representatives of educational institutions and research centers - the Hungarian Demographic Research Institute, Vytautas Magnus University, Vilnius University, the University of Sarajevo, Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University, the Lithuanian Center for Social Sciences, the Czech Academy of Sciences, Babes Bolyai University, Corvinus University of Budapest also sent their works.

Currently, Andrii Topchii participates in the All-Ukrainian Academic Mobility Program "Student Academic Mobility Ukraine" at Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs. The Student Academic Mobility Program (SAM Ukraine) is part of the House of Europe program and is funded by the European Union with the involvement of the British Council.
