Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the Third Rank Valerii Sokurenko met with Brigitta Triebel, Head of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Kharkiv). 

During the meeting, Valerii Sokurenko acquainted the representatives of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation with the history of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, faculties, separated structural units, areas of training and achievements of KhNUIA.

Brigitta Triebel told about the history of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, existing representative offices around the world, main activities and interaction with a number of Ukrainian partner organizations.

During the meeting, the issues of further cooperation, organization and holding of educational and scientific events were discussed.

The event was also attended by project coordinator and researcher of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Kharkiv Oleksii Leznov, Advisor to the Rector on Gender Issues Oksana Tsukan and Head of the Department of International Cooperation Olena Ustymenko.
