Olha Khomiak, a lecturer of the highest category, and Oksana Trisko, a specialist in the Department of Psychological Support of the Personnel Department, of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs conducted a binary lesson on the subject "Civil Education" on the topic "Conflicts. Ways to overcome" for students of the 2nd year of educational and professional degree "professional junior bachelor" specialty "Aviation Transport"(specialization "Maintenance of aircraft and engines").

Oksana Trisko interestingly and meaningfully told what a conflict is, types and causes of conflicts, ways to resolve them.

Applicants were asked to solve situational problems that helped to learn in practice to find ways to overcome the conflict.
