Annually to the Holodomor Remembrance Day in Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joins the all-Ukrainian “Light up a candle of Remembrance” action – traditionally, a minute of silence is commemorated in memory of Ukrainians killed during the genocide and a lighted candle is installed at the  Memorial  of Holodomor victims in Kharkiv (http://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/11460).
