Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a judges' seminar on the basis of the Department of Firearms Training of Faculty № 3, which was attended by representatives of the University, Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and current members of the International Practical Shooting Confederation. The event took place within the   ramework of the Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Federation of Practical and High-Precision Shooting IPSC Ukraine.
