At Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Maryna Kiriukhina, Yulia Kosheva and Olha Khomiak, teachers of the highest category of the cycle commission of social and humanitarian disciplines and physical training, conducted a round table on the topic"Gender equality among cadets and students of aviation and technical universities".

During the round table, participants discussed the importance of gender equality in the modern world, the importance of gender education and gender education, gender identity and gender stereotypes, stereotypes about traditional professional roles of men and women, gender equality in labor relations and among students of higher education institutions.
