The representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, namely Maryna Petchenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, responsible for academic integrity, researchers of the department of organization of scientific work and gender issues Vadym Orel, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Olha Hlazunova, Candidate of Economic Sciences conducted in an online workshop on the topic "Problems and ways to achieve gender equality in education and science." The event united representatives of self-government bodies, higher education institutions, public organizations of Poland and Ukraine (Kharkiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Cherkasy, Ternopil and other regions).
The experts of the workshop were: Oksana Tsukan - Advisor to the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on Gender Issues, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Anti-Discrimination Expert of the Institute for Modernization of Educational Content, Member of the Public Expert Council on Gender Issues at the MFI "Equal Opportunities" in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Larysa Horyslavets - Member of Kremenchuk City Council, Svitlana Kashuba - Director of the Institute of Higher School of Economics (WyższaSzkołaGospodarki, Bydgoszcz, Poland), Oksana Huida - head of the public organization "Kremenchuk Anti-Corruption Center", Liubov Kan - the head of a public organization Alexandria Gender Information Center.
During the workshop was presented a video "They conquered the sky" about the destroyers of stereotypes in aviation and an interactive photo exhibition that brought together women leaders from different professions, organizations, different cities and local communities. We are grateful to the experts for their openness and willingness to share their experience, and to all the participants for their willingness to accept information and take an active part.
