A new monograph of a Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine Oleksandr Bandurka "Secretaries, People's Commissars, Ministers of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 1917-2022" (Kharkiv: Maidan, 2022, 544 p.) has just been published.
