Within the program "United Ukraine!" assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Tsukan held a meeting with the cadet community of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Special attention was paid to the need for continuous professional advancement, development of communication and leadership qualities. Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor Nataliya Bobro, using interactive tools, helped the present to immerse them in a fully gender-inclusive society and reveal their best qualities.

The assistant to the Rector presented the opportunities to participate in the Gender Quest of the project "Through equality and understanding to protection and security" of the Higher Education Institution of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine, which is conducted on the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The purpose of the event is to ensure the implementation of the principles of gender equality among the cadet community and scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions with specific study conditions in Ukraine.

The start of registration for participation in the Innovation Camp "Gender in Science and Security" as part of the implementation of the Horizon 2020 project - "European Regional Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age" has been announced.
