During the event, a discussion on the cooperation of the Government Commissioner and the Apparatus of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy Kateryna Levchenko with public organizations regarding the implementation of gender policy in war conditions, the implementation of the provisions of the Istanbul Convention after its ratification, as well as the updating of the National Strategy in the field of human rights was held.

Assistant to the Rector of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for Gender Issues, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Tsukan proposed changes to the National Strategy in the field of human rights in such areas as: "Ensuring equal rights and opportunities of women and men", "Prevention and counteraction of violence on the basis of gender, exploitation, human trafficking" and "Prevention and counteraction of domestic violence", as well as to the relevant points of the action plan for its implementation.https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/13485
