The lecturer of the Department of Constitutional and International Law, Vadym Maltsev, and the head of the cadet-student self-government, Oleksandr Babych, held a conversation with the students dedicated to the International Day of Democracy, which is celebrated annually on September 15. Issues of the functioning of democratic institutions, observance of the basic rights and freedoms of citizens in a democratic society were discussed.
