On the basis of the Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA, an interactive event was held - a scientific quest on gender equality, dedicated to the International Day of Civil Aviation, with the informational support of the Horizon 2020 EQUALS-EU project "European Regional Partnership on Gender Equality in the Digital Age".
The scientific quest was organized for students of aeronautical engineering specialties, the purpose of which is to popularize the scientific component, equal rights and opportunities for women and men, and search for ways to prevent and overcome discrimination.
Tasks for the quest were developed using modern technologies, QR codes, covering such thematic areas of science as the history of aviation, international air transportation, aviation instruments, avionics systems, spatial maneuvering of aircraft, construction of aviation equipment, equality of rights and opportunities in aviation.
All participants were on equal terms and showed great erudition, creative approach and perseverance in solving tasks.
The first place was won by the team "From the screw", which included Viktoriia Hyrenko, Oleksandr Ovcharenko, Karyna Semenova (educational group TMdms-22-1b). The second place was won by the team "Ghost of the sky" - Andrii Smolenko, Dmytro Bukin, Bohdan Tsehelnyk (educational group TMdbsr-20-2). The third place was won by the "Flight" team - Nazar Valchuk, Mykhailo Varych, Mykhailo Burnazov (study group TMdbsr-20-1).
