As part of the cooperation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, Faculty No. 3 organized a meeting of 1st-year cadets with the associate professor of the Department of Legal Support of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, Colonel Eduard Poltavskyi.
