Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of Faculty No. 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Sociological Sciences Nataliia Bobro took part in the meeting of the working group organized by the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine (UNFPA) on coordinating humanitarian response to gender-based violence in Kharkiv region. The event held at the Department of Science and Education of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. 

During the meeting, the participants discussed: tasks of the Working Group on Coordination of Humanitarian Response to Gender-Based Violence at the Department of Social Protection of the Population of Kharkiv region; the state of combating gender-based violence, including domestic violence in the Kharkiv region; the main priority directions of the national sub-cluster on issues of gender-based violence for 2023 with an emphasis on strengthening the support of regional authorities in compliance with the best international practices in the field of prevention and counteraction of gender-based
violence.
