Recently, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held graduation ceremonies for cadets at all locations of the university. This year, the excellence in education and service was personally congratulated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko.
