The Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko took part in the news program "News" on the TV channel "Vinnytsia". He spoke about the graduation of university cadets in Vinnytsia region and about the units where young officers will serve.
