To mark the 25th anniversary of the Children's Day in Ukraine, the staff and cadets of the Faculties № 2 and № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited the children of Vinnytsia Regional Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Children.
